CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY INTRO COURSE
Join me for a 3-day seminar as we journey through
the Craniosacral System.
Discover a way to access our limitless Inherent Health by using a holistic, delicate and respectful approach.

You will learn simple delicate techniques that can help with symptoms of pain, tension and inflammation often found in the different systems of the body (nervous system, musculoskeletal system, fascia system, organs & viscera, etc).

The techniques can be integrated into an existing therapeutic/bodywork practice, or they can become powerful new tools for those who have experienced it and are interested in the work.

Course requirements:
Must have received at least 1 session of CST or cranial/biodynamic osteopathy.
Must be able to sit still/comfortably, for short periods of time.
